With this exhaust, the Lamborghini Urus became very loudDecember 26, 2019
After replacing the standard exhaust system with a more efficient one, the exhaust sound of the Italian crossover became several times louder than usual. To me, it’s very loud.
Every time you find yourself in a car – no matter where you are, you hear the engine running and the sound made by the exhaust system of the car. The loud, formidable roar from the exhaust can cause wild pleasure for everyone, regardless of where the person is – in the car itself or outside it. This is exactly what will change when completely quiet electric cars become the norm for the whole world. But this will happen in a few years, and until then we can enjoy the noisy exhaust of countless cars with internal combustion engines, including the Italian crossover Lamborghini Urus.
from a copy of Urus, which is captured on the video published by us, is far from a standard version of the model.
Instead, it features an exhaust system from the IPE atelier with straight pipes and black chrome tailpipes that remove the catalytic converters and greatly enhance the exhaust sound. It is difficult to experience the intense sound of the exhaust, although numerous “lumbago” give some idea of the unusual volume of the new system. It is reported that a third-party exhaust system works with the Lamborghini factory exhaust system, which allows the driver to adjust the volume of the system himself.
The Lamborghini crossover uses a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 that delivers 641 horsepower and 850 Nm of torque. The maximum crossover speed is 305 km / h. The new exhaust gives the luxurious Urus a powerful sound in every sense – too loud, as I think. It is unclear if there are any other modifications in this instance of Urus that can increase the power or performance of its engine.
Not so long ago, our publication wrote that a dinner was held in London among 17 iconic Lamborghini models. The leading Lamborghini dealership in London (UK) decided to exhibit in one place at the same time the most iconic models of the Italian automaker to arrange a rather … unique dinner.
