Williams has released a new car renderFebruary 17, 2019
Earlier, on February 11, the team presented the livery of a car with the FW42 index and announced a new sponsor, but canceled the photo session that day.
Apparently at Williams, not everything goes smoothly with the car for the 2019 Formula One season. During the presentation of the FW42, only the new livery colors and the new title sponsor of the team, Rokit (mobile phone maker), were presented, but the photography was canceled. Representatives noted that the car is not ready yet. For the same reason, it was necessary to cancel the run-in in Barcelona on February 16.
But at least in their Twitter Williams published the renders of the machine that the pilots will use on the track. This season, the car will be flaunting azure-white colors and a significantly modified front wing, according to the F1 regulations for 2019.
The Polish squad, Robert Kubica, and the Formula One debutant, Briton George Russell, entered the squad of the team. Recall that for Kubica return to the Royal race is of particular importance because he did not take part in it since the accident in 2011.
