What will Honda introduce at SEMA tuning exhibition?November 1, 2019
The Japanese automaker’s booth will be timed to coincide with the 60th anniversary of Honda’s presence in the US automobile market. The show will take place at the SEMA exhibition, which is dedicated to tuning.
This year, the SEMA Show tuning exhibition will continue to be the place where you can see a lot of really cool projects. Ford, Hyundai, Jeep, Hennessey, Mopar and many others have already announced their participation. The Japanese Honda also decided to join – it is known that it will present at least 10 cars in Las Vegas from November 5 to 8 of this year.
Almost all the exhibits of the Japanese company are dedicated to the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the moment that the automaker sells its cars, motorcycles and other equipment in the United States. Honda decided to show both its old and modern models.
Among the ATVs shown will be the CR-V crossover of the 2020 model year in both gasoline and hybrid versions. Several modifications and additional accessories for the model will be presented, which are designed to facilitate off-road driving by the driver.
The next exhibit was called Rally Passport. This concept is designed to show all the capabilities of the 2019 Passport crossover on the road. This car took part in the rally competition stage in the Limited 4WD class of the American Rally Association and finished second in the class and 12th in the overall classification of 75 participants during the first competition.
Also, visitors to the exhibition will be shown a modernized Civic Si 2018, a drift car based on the same Civic, a heavily modified Civic back in 1999 and a number of models from subsidiaries of a motorcycle and ATV company.
