What will be the updated 2021 Hyundai Tucson crossover?June 3, 2020
A video appeared on a foreign YouTube channel that shows the appearance of the all-new Hyundai Tucson 2021 model year. Presentation of new items may take place very soon.
There is very little time left before the presentation of the all-new Hyundai Tucson. For the first time, we discovered camouflaged prototypes of a South Korean crossover in August 2019, and since then the novelty has repeatedly come across on tests. To Hyundai’s credit, the test car bodies remained well camouflaged, but nevertheless we saw enough to know that the popular car would have some fancy body lines and a massive grille.
A new video from the YouTube channel AtchaCars is trying to show us what a compact crossover can be – the long-awaited novelty is depicted in various colors.
Some of the images also show parts of a false radiator grille with optical elements, including turning and daytime running lights. All this fits seamlessly into what can only be described as a broad “toothy smile”. Whether you like it or not, this version of the new Hyundai Tucson looks decisive.
The million dollar question is whether these images accurately show the new version of the model. There is clear evidence in support of the light grill presented here – we saw how lights shine on some prototypes, and we noticed one vehicle without any “heavy” camouflage on the front. The grill has two rows of light sources that simulate the shape of the grill on both sides. These lights rise up, forming a smile, smoothly turning into headlights.
As for the sharp, contrasting lines of the body, then most likely they will become truly part of the Tucson design. Initially, heavy camouflage coatings did not make it clear whether we were considering false panels in areas along the sides of the car and in the back of it. When the body of the test prototypes lost its false panels and only the film remained, the contrasting folds between the front and rear doors became clear, not to mention the flared wings.
Not so long ago, we wrote that Hyundai showed the updated Santa Fe. Hyundai on Wednesday, June 3, showed a new generation of model Santa Fe.
