We noticed a strange cross based on the Mercedes-AMG C63November 16, 2020
Today, one of the readers of the agency Carscoops posted on his Instagram profile pictures of a mysterious model, apparently based on the pre-styling Mercedes-AMG C63.
Judging by the photo, the car has undergone a thorough modernization, having received a revised front part, widened wheel arches, other side “skirts” and increased ground clearance. As a result of these improvements, the car has become a kind of Volvo S60 Cross Country.
The photographed car also has the same rims as the Aston Martin DBX. Taking this all into account, it can be assumed that the car is an early mule of the first cross of the British brand.
Which makes sense, given that Aston Martin and Mercedes-Benz have been partners for nearly a decade, and the DBX is powered by AMG’s 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 with 542bhp. (700 Nm). This power allows the British crossover to accelerate to 96 km / h in 4.3 seconds and accelerate to a maximum of 291 km / h.
