Watch the 2022 Subaru BRZ drive through the snowApril 15, 2021
A video has appeared on YouTube showing the 2022 Subaru BRZ sports coupe drifting beautifully in the snow.
Seeing a Subaru glide beautifully in the snow is easy. The very essence of Subaru is that these cars are designed to drive fast and not just on tarmac. The BRZ and its small rear-wheel-drive sports car platform stand out from the rest of the Japanese brand’s all-wheel drive models.
As proof, we present this recent video from Subaru On-Tube on YouTube.
Driving the new BRZ is rider Takuma Kamada and clearly has some drifting skills. The car is also shod with winter tires, which are suitable for any car in winter conditions. These tires are especially important for light rear wheel drive vehicles such as the BRZ. It also helps that the BRZ isn’t overpowering – 228 horsepower, which is fed to the rear wheels thanks to a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine driven by either a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission.
Admittedly, the previous version of the Subaru BRZ gave only positive emotions both on the road and on the race track. Judging by the fact that the new generation BRZ is largely based on the previous version of the model, with some additional adjustments to improve body rigidity, there is no reason to believe that the novelty will stop giving joy from driving it.
