Volvo S90, V90 and V90 Cross Country: future versions photographed during testingDecember 10, 2019
The Swedish company is preparing to update its flagship line of models. Now the sedan, wagon, and cross-wagon are being tested in harsh winter conditions. The debut of the updated version may take place in 2020.
Volvo is finally ready to present the updated line of its flagship passenger car. Photo spies managed to photograph the prototypes S90, V90 and V90 Cross Country during road trials. Prototypes are being tested on public roads in Sweden.
Judging by the photos of the restyled versions, the brand is not going to carry out a deep modification of the design. All prototypes have an extremely small amount of camouflage in the form of black stickers. It can be seen on the lower parts of the bumpers and sills. The radiator grill will also change, which will get more concave fins. In addition, the company will change the pattern of the rear lights.
Unfortunately, photo spies were not able to take photos of the interior. But we do not expect any major changes there. Although Volvo will definitely update the multimedia information system. Perhaps a larger display will be installed. In addition, the company will offer a new generation of active safety complex.
How exactly the car will change in the technical part, whether the motor line will be changed, and how far the configuration and the list of additional equipment will be revised is still unknown.
