The German automaker has released the first pricing details for the 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan in the UK. The updated crossover is available starting at £ 24,915. The Tiguan is fitted as standard with a 1.5-liter TSI engine with 128 hp. combined with a 6-speed manual transmission. A more powerful 2.0-liter TDI with 197 hp also paired with VW 4Motion all-wheel drive, a feature that is optional on the 148bhp TDI variant.

The new Tiguan Elegance features 19-inch Auckland alloy wheels in dark graphite, matrix LED headlights, a panoramic sunroof, chrome window surrounds, 30-color ambient lighting, heated front seats and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. The R-Line comes with 20-inch Misano wheels, lowered sports suspension, R bumpers, a rear spoiler, LED Plus headlights, a sports steering wheel, heated front seats and Travel Assist.

The biggest visual differentiator of the updated compact SUV is the redesigned front end with a new wider grille to match the larger Touareg and Atlas SUVs, and new LED headlights. The taillights have also received a new light signature, while the cabin has a new steering wheel and an updated MIB3 infotainment system.
