Volkswagen Golf remains the best-selling model in EuropeOctober 24, 2019
According to analysts, Mercedes-Benz A-Class was among the five most popular models among European buyers in September.
The report of the research company JATO Dynamics says that the Volkswagen Golf hatchback with 32,398 sold cars (+ 116.2%) remains the bestseller of the European market based on September sales. On the second line is the Opel / Vauxhall Corsa, whose sales amounted to 28,453 cars (+ 15%). The French Renault Clio closes the top three popular models – the implementation of this model increased by 13.4% to 24,895 units.
Next comes the Mercedes-Benz A-Class, which 22,540 European buyers (+27.4%) chose. Closes the top five this time, Ford Fiesta, which sold 22,236 copies (-1.1%). The TOP 10 best-selling models in Europe also included Ford Focus (21,544 units, + 71.5%), Nissan Qashqai (19748 units, + 39.5%), Toyota Yaris (17,795 units, −8.7 %), Citroen C3 (17757 units, + 8.9%) and Renault Captur (17722 units, + 22.2%).
