Volkswagen Golf R-Line goes on saleJuly 2, 2020
With the advent of this version, the number of trim levels of the popular car has increased. The R-Line version traditionally has a sports bias.
Volkswagen has launched a new Golf car called the R-Line. Previously, only Golf Life, Life Business and Style trim levels were available for purchase. The R-Line version has a sporty appearance, but at the same time receives a power plant from the classic version. From the exterior, we note the presence of sports bumpers, a different design of the radiator grill, as well as 17-inch alloy wheels with a special design.
Inside the car are sports seats with more comfortable head restraints. The developers also added a sports steering wheel, black seat trim and gray accents on various elements. In the R-Line version, the car receives a digital dashboard and a modern infotainment complex with a 10-inch screen.
A special place is occupied by atmospheric interior lighting with 30 colors to choose from. Among other things, technical equipment includes light and rain sensors, adaptive cruise control, as well as a lane control system.
The engine range of the Golf R-Line consists of three power units – a TSI engine with a return of 130 hp, a soft hybrid with a power of 150 hp and diesel TDI capable of delivering 150 hp
Sales of this version will start in August this year. The most affordable version will cost 33,715 euros, and for the maximum configuration you will have to pay 42,440 euros.
