Volkswagen has announced the start date for sales of its long-awaited novelty – a large minivan called Viloran. Auto dealers will get to them on May 28, but in the meantime, the brand is preparing to accept the first applications for the new product. To warm up the interest of fans in the Viloran market debut, the brand finally showed the interior of the minivan, made in the corporate style of the automaker. Auto salon gets three-row architecture. Moreover, the second row seats here are separate, which guarantees passengers maximum comfort.
When designing the interior of Volkswagen Viloran, the manufacturer used premium finishing materials.
Based on the novelty, whose length exceeds the mark of 5.3 meters, on the MQB platform. The exterior of the luxury minivan has much in common with the flagship VW Touareg. At this mid-size crossover, the novelty “spied” the radiator grille, the head optics and the chrome plate connecting the taillights.
As a motor, Viloran will receive a two-liter 186-horsepower turbo engine, working in conjunction with 8-speed automatic transmission. Later, the brand will offer customers a hybrid modification of the minivan. In the meantime, Viloran spends 7.6 liters of fuel for every hundred runs. The list of equipment of the novelty includes modern driver’s assistants and advanced security systems. Such a car is not cheap: according to preliminary information, in China they will ask for from 350,000 to 400,000 yuan
