Video blogger handed out free cars for 100 thousand dollarsSeptember 3, 2019
A video overflowing with simple human emotions – joy, admiration, incredulous surprise, suspicions of deception and confidence in one’s own luck was published on the MrBeast youtube channel. The channel’s team, led by its creator Jimmy Donaldson, for one day turned into the employees of Mr. Beast Dealership, where cars were sold at the price of a hamburger, cans of soda – or even given free of charge.
The video instantly became viral and gained more than 12 million views in just a day – add a couple more to the counter, you won’t regret it. The plot of the video is extremely simple: the collective of the channel purchased 12 used cars at regular prices (having spent about 100 thousand dollars), and then “sold” it to the first comers for purely symbolic amounts. For example, the price of a Chevrolet Traverse was $ 2, and Toyota Venza went for 50 cents – although, strictly speaking, the buyer did not have such a lot of money, so this car was sold at a discount … at 50 cents!
Further more. One of the customers was very surprised when she found out that the sticker with the number 1000 on the Ford Fiesta does not mean the price, but the “purchase” bonus, and even tried to bargain. The other three were forced to play the “who will sit out whom” game to determine who exactly would get the car for free, but in the end, none left offended. All 12 cars were “sold” during the day, and believe me, tears of joy on the faces of buyers (for example, a woman who was able to finally buy a car for her son) are worth watching this video.
