According to the latest data, the 2021 Toyota Highlander crossover will soon go on sale in Western Europe. The car will be offered exclusively in 7-seater version. The novelty will take place one step above the RAV4 model. The novelty will go on sale only with a hybrid power plant based on a 2.5-liter engine with a total output of 248 hp.
Acceleration from standstill to 100 km / h in the new Toyota Highlander takes 8.3 seconds, and its top speed is 180 km / h. On electric traction alone, the car can travel at speeds up to 125 km / h. It is reported that the car will be equipped with a driving mode selection system that can operate even in purely electric mode.
The new Toyota Highlander will receive double-glazed windows in front, LED headlights, three-zone climate control, heated seats and wireless charging for gadgets. In more expensive trim levels, the customer will receive 20-inch wheels, headlight washers, an electric tailgate, a panoramic sunroof, a 12.3-inch multimedia screen and a JBL sound system with 11 speakers.
