The car is preparing for a speedy debut. Some interesting details about the high-profile novelty are already known.
The German manufacturer of premium cars Porsche is conducting the final tests of the updated Cayenne. The prototype, almost without camouflage, fell into the lenses of the cameras of photo spies. Thus, the debut of the car should take place in the very near future. For testing, test the “charged” modification of the GTS Coupe. From the exterior, we highlight updated bumpers, original rims and the absence of chrome elements. If earlier a large amount of chrome was mandatory for premium cars, now Porsche decided to try a different strategy.
Some details about the technical component of the car are already known – in the front of the new product will receive 10-piston calipers, and the rear will be equipped with 4-piston from the Turbo modification. As an option, customers will be able to choose carbon-ceramic brakes.
A distinctive feature of the GTS version will be a completely new exhaust system – its large oval tailpipes are located closer to the center, as a result of which the rear bumper has undergone significant modernization.
Official information about the power plant of the Porsche Cayenne Coupe GTS has not yet been confirmed, but most likely the car will receive an engine from the Panamera GTS model. In this case, the new Cayenne will be equipped with a 4.0-liter Twin-Turbo V8 engine, capable of delivering 460 hp. at 620 Nm of torque. In the future, a hybrid modification with a power of 800 hp may also appear.
