Updated Kia Sportage GT Line first seen on testsApril 13, 2018
Company Kia has started road tests of the updated crossover Sportage. This time, photo shooters managed to shoot a sports version of the restyling model called GT Line. The photos were published by Motor1. The car premiere will take place in the second half of 2018.
The all-terrain vehicle will receive optics made in the style of the new generation Cerato sedan, which was shown at the Detroit Motor Show earlier this year. It is assumed that the crossover will differ from the pre-styling model headlamps with four LED elements, another radiator grille and other air intakes in the spirit of the concept car SP.
Technical details about the updated Kia Sportage are still kept in secret. According to unofficial data, the car can receive a combined power unit, which will operate under the mild hybrid (soft hybrid) scheme. The internal combustion engine will work together with the 48-volt on-board power grid, which will improve fuel economy and reduce harmful emissions.
