An updated Hyundai i30 N hot hatch was spotted during a race at the Nurburgring.
It should be noted that the i30 N debuted 3 years ago as an alternative from the Korean brand to such cars as the Volkswagen Golf GTI, Ford Focus ST, Renault Megane RS and Honda Civic Type R. Some of these models have already received an update, now it’s time for a productive hatchback from Hyundai.
The novelty, which should appear in the coming months, will go along the path of the usual i30, which has recently been updated, as a result of which it has received thinner headlights, a wide radiator grille, a large screen multimedia system and much more.
Along with this, the i30 N will get a more sporty look and a modernized chassis, consisting of a stiffer suspension and larger brakes.
The novelty will be equipped with a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder turbo engine, which will produce 246 hp as standard. and 271 hp in the maximum configuration, the torque in this case in both cases remains unchanged – 378 Nm. The restyled i30 N will be offered with a 6-speed manual transmission and an 8-speed automatic transmission with double clutch.
