Updated Hyundai Elantra spotted on testsMarch 5, 2020
Previously, the car has already fallen into the lenses of camera spy on test trials in harsh winter conditions.
Today, a prototype of the updated Hyundai Elantra car was spotted on public roads. The novelty was photographed in a common stream. The updated version of the car significantly increased in length – now this figure reaches 4,655 mm, like the KIA Forte model. The car is hidden in a dense layer of camouflage, so it was not possible to examine its elements in detail. We can conclude about the updated taillights and the fact that the car has acquired some features from the Hyundai Sonata business sedan. The engine range of the car will be very wide. To the now available 1.6-liter aspirated engine will be added 2 turbo engines – 1.2 Turbo GDi and 1.6 CVVD Turbo GDi.
The novelty will receive the long-awaited hybrid version, the exact data of which will be announced a little later.
It is also officially confirmed that the Hyundai Elantra will be available with a high-performance version of the N-Line, which combines a turbocharged engine and an 8-speed automatic transmission. Hyundai representatives will announce the timing of the presentation of the novelty later.
