The cost of the restyled model in South Korea has been announced
Genesis announced the start of sales of the updated G70 in the home market, as well as announced prices. In South Korea, the new product can be purchased for 40.3 million won – cheaper than the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, BMW 3 Series and Audi.
The restyled Genesis G70 was presented in September this year. At the same time, it was reported that the residents of South Korea would be the first to receive the novelty, and only then the model would reach other markets. Now the price list for the G70 has been declassified. The version with a basic two-liter engine with 252 horsepower was estimated at 40.35 million won, the diesel version with a 202-horsepower engine – 43 590 000 won, and with the top-end V6 3.3 liter (370 horsepower) – 45 850 000 won.
In comparison, the closest competitors, such as the Audi A4, cost from 48.5 million won on the local market, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class from 50.8 million won and the BMW 3-Series from 51.7 million won.
The equipment list of the updated Genesis G70 includes a 10.25-inch multimedia system touchscreen instead of the previous eight-inch one, and the update function “over the air” became available.
