Updated Datsun redi-GO passes road testsMarch 9, 2020
This crossover is the most budget in the lineup of the brand. The sale of the updated version is expected in the summer.
Japanese company Datsun conducts test tests of its budget compact cross-country redi-GO. Updates affected the appearance of the car, as well as technical specifications and a set of options. Through a dense layer of camouflage, it was possible to consider the updated radiator grille. At the rear of the car, we’ll highlight a different bumper design and slightly modified headlights.
The dimensions of the car remained the same – its length is 3,429 mm, width – 1,560 mm. The ground clearance also remained at the same level – 185 mm. Experts did a good job on security systems – now in the basic configuration redi-Go will receive a driver airbag, ABS and EBD systems, as well as rear parking sensors.
The motor range of the car has been redesigned to meet the most stringent environmental standards. Two options for power plants will be available to customers – a 0.8-liter engine with a return of 53 hp. and a 1.0-liter power unit with a power of 68 hp
Both motors will work with a 5MKPP or a 5-band “robot”, depending on the configuration. Four-wheel drive is not even an option. Those wishing to purchase the maximum configuration will have access to a multimedia system with a touch screen, power windows for all doors and starting the engine with a button. Prices will be announced closer to the summer, when sales of new items will begin. For the basic version of the current generation, dealers in India are asking for 279,650 rupees
