Updated BMW M3 hit the photo without camouflageOctober 22, 2019
The sixth generation of this sports car is in full swing preparing for the final tests before it goes on sale.
On the eve of social networks there was a photo of the new BMW M3. The car in red was captured on the conveyor of a Bavarian brand factory. Most likely, this car is a pre-production model and is going to conduct test tests. From the exterior of the car, one can distinguish an elegant embossed spoiler, vertical reflectors in the rear bumper and original exhaust pipes.
The diffuser of the new M3 is painted in body color – the car adopted this part from the current model in the F80 body. It is assumed that the new generation M3 will be equipped with a 3.0 liter S58 engine. Such a power unit is installed on the “charged” crossovers X3 M and X4 M.
At the same time, the leadership of the German company hinted that the new M3 can be equipped with a forced version of the motor, which will reach 510 hp.
The car should receive all-wheel drive modification M xDrive – such a system will allow you to disable the front axle, leaving only the rear wheels driving. The exact date of the premiere has not yet been announced, but most experts are confident that the car will be shown at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November of this year. And next year, a new generation of M3 should appear on the market.
Meanwhile, the BMW i4 was spotted in pre-production tests. The debut of the car should take place in 2021, in the same year it will enter the market.
