Updated Audi SQ7 received tuning kit and 510-horsepower dieselApril 19, 2020
The German company ABT Sportsline demonstrated on Sunday, April 17, the final variation of the tuning kit for the restyled Audi Q7. The upgraded cross is distinguished by the presence of a wide body kit, custom wheels of 22 inches, exterior elements stylized “carbon fiber”, and also a turbo diesel V8 4.0 with increased power.
The updated SQ7 from the tuning company has wheel arch extensions, special linings in the lower door area, “gills” on the front wings, a spoiler on the 5th door and oversized black tips on the exhaust pipes.
Improvements in the cabin are local in nature: the tuners installed a carbon fiber lining instead of the “podium” under the front seats, also adorned the gearbox selector, and a signature door lighting appeared here.
Atelier unveiled information about the performance of a V8 diesel with a triple boost a couple of months ago: engine performance was increased by 4.0 liters from 435 hp. and 900 Nm to 510 hp and 970 Nm due to the installation of a new electronic control unit. Now the studio said that increasing the power made it possible to play 0.2 seconds in acceleration to the first 100 kph – SQ7 ABT accelerates to 100 km / h in 4.6 seconds.
