Unveiled the interior of the new KIA SedonaJuly 13, 2020
With the appearance of a fourth-generation KIA Sedona minivan, the automaker introduced fans at the end of June. Rare spy shots allowed a peek into the car interior, now official images have appeared.
The interior of the KIA Sedona that replaced the generation was thoroughly redesigned, as well as the exterior. The multimedia here gets a large screen of 12.3 inches, designed in the form of a tablet towering above the panel.
The traditional automatic gear lever has given way to the so-called “washer”. So far, the manufacturer has unveiled only one official photo of the interior of the new minivan, so the intrigue is still preserved. Earlier it was reported that the novelty will receive seven, nine – and 11-seater modifications with three- or four-row architecture.
In length, the Korean minivan reaches 5,155 mm with a wheelbase of 3,090 mm. The predecessor of the new Sedona was 30 mm shorter.
The novelty is based on the platform of the KIA Sorento crossover, and its engine lineup includes a 2.5-liter gasoline engine, diesel and hybrid. The new KIA Sedona will enter the home market in the third quarter of this year. Over time, the minivan will expand the geography of sales.
Recall, the outgoing Sedona appeared back in 2015.
