Ultraviolette will soon introduce the “killer” of small-scale bikesOctober 21, 2019
The Indian company will present its electric bike on November 13. It challenges traditional motorcycles with internal combustion engines with a volume of 250-450 cc. The motor power is simply stunning, it can even compete with cars.
In 2018, the startup company Ultraviolette Automotive made the announcement of its electric bike. In the process of development from the idea and rendering to the creation of a production model, the motorcycle received many changes. Looking at the teaser image, you can see how different it is from a road bike.
A beautiful futuristic two-wheeled device called F77. Experts consider it the main competitor of the best 0.5-liter motorcycles. However, it is expected that it may well surprise those who rode more powerful bikes.
The Indian electric bike does not stand out in horsepower (only 34 hp), but it boasts a torque of 450 Nm – this is just an incredible figure for a motorcycle. This thrust is double the size of the huge three-liter Triumph Rocket III engine. Even many cars can envy such a powertrain. Acceleration from 0 to 97 km / h will take only 3 seconds.
At the same time, not very good news appeared. Harley-Davidson’s first LiveWire electric cycle stopped. It caused a huge stir, but the development was postponed indefinitely. It is not even known whether its creation will continue.
