Over the upgrade Camaro worked guys from the American studio Specialty Vehicle Engineering. The “charged” coupe is based on the Camaro SS with the track package 1LE.
American tuning studio Specialty Vehicle Engineering has prepared a limited edition coupe series Yenko / SC Camaro with a 1014-horsepower 6.8-liter compressor V8 under the hood. The basis for each such car was the updated Chevrolet Camaro SS 2020 with the track package 1LE. The motor, which the tuners put on the “charged” Camaro, had to be seriously refined. This is a 6.2-liter power unit with an aluminum block, steel crankshaft, forged pistons and an improved injection system. He feels great in tandem with the manual transmission.
However, the tuners from SVE were not limited to one upgraded motor. For their Yenko, they prepared a stainless steel exhaust system, Brembo brakes, carbon bonnet, 20-inch wheels, a spoiler, etc.
The Camaro SS 1LE inherits the new adaptive suspension and rear differential with electronically controlled locking. Inside the car appeared embroidered logos Yenko, which flaunt on rugs and headrests, and on the dashboard there was a place for the serial number. It is known that a total of 50 such Yenko / Camaro will be released at a price of 69,000 dollars
