Tuners introduced McLaren 650S ChernobylMarch 7, 2020
The McLaren P1 GTR is one of the most extreme cars ever made by the British automaker, and this 650S, modified by Liberty Walk and Armytrix, is very similar to the derivative P1 GTR.
The tuned 650S, recently shown in a short film, featured a “Chernobyl” design. This means that it is covered with a film that will look like at home in a radioactive apocalypse, giving the supercar a unique and extremely sinister look. However, this McLaren stands out not only with film.
Adding a healthy dose of aggression to the car, the Liberty Walk body kit includes flared front and rear wheel arches. The car also has a more pronounced front splitter and a high rear wing, similar in design to the P1 GTR. Modifications are completed by new side skirts and a set of black HRE wheels shod in Michelin rubber.
The McLaren 650S received a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine and Armytrix exhaust system. Despite the fact that the exhaust did not seem to change the sound of the car, it certainly enhances the V8 and makes it more similar to the P1.
