Tuners from Manhart unveil Mini JCW GP in iconic greenOctober 24, 2020
This shade, called “British Racing Green”, is closely associated with the tradition of British motorsport. The Mini John Cooper Works (JCW) GP is the latest model to take on this iconic color.
The Manhart tuning studio worked on the finalization of the Mini JCW GP. They not only painted the car body in a rich emerald, but also diluted this color with a red decor designed by JD Customs. This “livery” is unique – there will be no second JCW GP with such a pattern. However, you should not be upset: a large number of other color schemes have been prepared for the model.
In addition to the stylish “wrapper”, the tuned Mini gets the GP3 F350 kit. Fans of the brand met him not so long ago. It consists of shorter springs, due to which the car becomes slightly lower, 19-inch wheels, sports suspension, etc.
The car is driven by a 350-horsepower four-cylinder turbo engine with two liters. For comparison, the standard Mini JCW GP engine produces 306 and 450 hp.
How the more powerful motor affected the Mini’s performance is not reported.
The standard model gains a hundred in 5.2 seconds, the declared top speed is 265 km / h.
Earlier it became known that Mini has prepared two special versions of its two cars. These are the Mini Cooper 1499 GT and Countryman Oxford Edition models, which are due to debut in America. Both cars received a very stylish exterior.
