Tuners from Lumma Design often take on the modernization of cars from automakers such as Audi, Mercedes and BMW. Now, experts have noticed a large BMW crossover in the flagship variation of the M50i.
The serial modification of this model already has impressive performance – the 4.4-liter V8 engine develops 530 hp, but the tuning studio promises to configure the engine for approximately 680 horsepower.
According to tuners, an increase in power of 150 hp. it will be possible to achieve only by “flashing” the power unit control unit and installing a new exhaust system. The dynamic characteristics of the modified X7 M50i are so far kept secret, but the usual model can accelerate to 100 km / h in 4.7 seconds.
For the top German crossover, they also prepared a set of external improvements, which consists of other bumpers, a carbon fiber hood with ventilation holes, a carbon fiber rear spoiler, a diffuser, wheel arch extensions and a set of original 24-inch wheels. There are also various options for remaking the interior, which customers themselves can choose.
A completely ready-made tuning kit for the X7 M50i should be presented in mid-2020.
In addition, on the eve of the tuners from Artisan Spirits showed their first package for the popular Toyota 86 coupe.
