Toyota upgraded Dyna and Toyoace trucksApril 22, 2019
On May 7, sales of the updated Toyota Dyna and Toyoace trucks will begin in Japan.
Both models received the Intelligent Clearance Sonar parking assistance system – it allows you to avoid or minimize collisions when maneuvering in the parking lot in cases where the driver mixed up the gas and brake pedals. The trucks also received a rear-view video camera, which is especially useful on cars with a van body.
Outside, modernized cars can be recognized by a new grille, which is now always painted in the color of the cab. Here it should be noted that on the Dyna of the outgoing sample an unpainted gray grid is used.
Headlamps with LED elements have become basic equipment. Also, the machines received an audio system with USB, Bluetooth and hands-free and a multi-functional display with a diagonal of 4.2 inches.
The exhaust system uses a new catalytic converter that makes exhaust cleaner.
Dyna and Toyoace of current generations have been produced since 2011 in a large number of modifications with a gross weight of from 2 to 7.5 tons. They are equipped with diesel engines from 116 to 180 hp. There is also a 150 hp hybrid version.
The price of the upgraded Dyna in Japan will be from 4,746,680 yen, and Toyoace – 7,143,120 yen
