The company Toyota introduced a new modification of the SUV Land Cruiser Prado, called Utility Commercial, adapted for commercial transportation. The novelty will be presented only in the UK market so far.
The Land Cruiser Prado Utility Commercial differs from the standard SUV with a single cabin, which is fenced off from the cargo compartment with a flat floor by a special partition with a window. The novelty is available both with a short and a long wheelbase.
In the short version of SWB, the length of the car was 4395 millimeters. The volume of the luggage compartment is 1574 liters, and the maximum payload was 593 kilograms. As for the long version of LWB, its length is 4840 mm, and it can take on board 2216 liters of cargo weighing not more than 756 kilograms.
The Land Cruiser Prado Utility Commercial is equipped with a 2.8-liter diesel engine that develops 177 hp and 420 Nm of torque (the LWB variant has a torque of 450 Nm). The engine is paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Standard equipment includes ABS, air conditioning, cruise control, tire pressure monitoring system, and a six-speaker audio system.
