The automaker has officially unveiled its 2021 Camry plug-in hybrid sedan. The new Camry Hybrid has received many updates, as well as a nice bonus in the form of a price reduction.

The updated Toyota Camry Hybrid sedan boasts a lot of important updates. In addition to the new XSE configuration and many additional options, the Japanese novelty will receive the latest version of the Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 safety system, which is now included in the standard list of options for absolutely any 2021 Camry configuration.

Despite the number of innovations, the updated sedan in hybrid performance has become cheaper than its predecessor. What’s more, the price cuts appear to be exclusive to hybrid versions of the car, with traditional gasoline-powered Camry options either maintaining their price or getting more expensive.

The 2021 Camry Hybrid starts at $ 28,265, up $ 1,160 from the previous model year.

The SE trim gets a discount of $ 1,345, while the XLE trim starts at $ 560 cheaper. The new hybrid version of the XSE will cost $ 33,715.

For comparison, the base version of the 2021 Camry LE with a gasoline engine will cost from $ 25,965. All other configurations of the ICE model will also be more expensive than before.

As mentioned, Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 will be available for all 2021 Camry versions. It is equipped with better cameras and radar elements. According to the brand, the system has improved its performance even in low light conditions.

Not so long ago, AutoTimesNews wrote that the Toyota RAV4 received an “off-road” version of the Adventure Offroad. The SUV has increased its ground clearance and acquired a more attractive design. This RAV4 is sold in the brand’s home market. So how can a new product interest buyers?
