This year, Toyota celebrates the 50th anniversary of the mid-size Toyota Hilux pickup model. In this regard, the Japanese manufacturer has released a special version of the latest generation model called Invincible 50 Chrome Edition.
The launch of production of the first generation Toyota Hilux in Japan took place on March 21, 1968. A year later, the pickup truck was introduced to the European market. Since then, Hilux has become one of the most successful models in the Toyota lineup. This popular pickup for 50 years sold over 18 million units. To date, Hilux is available in six countries and is sold in 180 countries.
Jubilee special version Invincible 50 Chrome Edition is offered with a large assortment of accessories on request. The car is equipped with a chrome-plated cargo compartment safety frame and footboards. The pickup is equipped with 18-inch alloy wheels in black and white color. The “Invincible 50” badges are installed on the front doors. The cargo compartment is equipped with a plastic mat.
Under the hood of the Toyota Hilux Invincible 50 Chrome Edition is a 2.4-liter turbo diesel D-4D with 150 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque. The average fuel consumption is declared at the level of 6.8 liters.
