Toyota Hilux analog from China goes on saleJuly 3, 2020
It’s about the new Great Wall Pao Offroad pickup. Representatives of the Chinese brand called the car an excellent budget alternative to Toyota Hilux.
Great Wall has brought to market a new modification of the Great Wall Pao pickup called Offroad. This version has become the most economical for the model. This modification is distinguished by the presence under the hood of a turbocharged diesel power plant with a displacement of 2.0 liters and a capacity of 165 hp. It works in tandem with an 8-speed automatic transmission and a plug-in all-wheel drive system. This combination turned out to be very economical – gasoline consumption does not exceed 8.9 liters per 100 kilometers.
Recall that the modification with a gasoline 190-horsepower engine went on sale in June. The dimensions of the pickup truck are 5602x1934x1886 mm with a wheelbase of 3,470 mm. From the exterior, we note the presence of a new grille, wheels with a diameter of 18 inches in black and reinforced bumpers. To ensure off-road driving, Great Wall Pao Offroad received special tires, as well as a winch and snorkel. There is a special safety cage in the back of the car.
The Great Wall did not forget about the comfort of the driver and passengers – we note the presence of a modern multimedia system, a panoramic sunroof, leather trim and two-zone climate control.
