Toyota announced station wagon Corolla 2000 Limited with a new engineMay 13, 2020
In the home market, Toyota presented the Corolla and Corolla Touring models in the new versions of the GX PLUS and HYBRID GX PLUS. Over time, they will be joined by a diversion called 2000 Limited.
For Japan, Toyota has prepared two new trim levels for the Corolla sedan and Corolla Touring station wagon. These are the GX Plus and Hybrid GX Plus versions. However, the surprises did not end there – the special version of 2000 Limited with a two-liter engine was next in turn. This is the first complete set of the new Corolla at home with such an engine. It is known that only 500 cars will receive the new power unit. Dynamic Force M20A-FKS gasoline engine produces 170 hp and 202 Nm of torque. The manufacturer chose a CVT for the transmission role. The latter can play ten virtual programs in manual mode at once.
Among the external differences of the new special series are spectacular 17-inch alloy wheels, silver roof rails, as well as a palette of shades available for the body (there are four stylish options to choose from).
On sale all three new versions of Corolla will appear in the very near future. The GX Plus modification will receive a 140-horsepower 2ZR-FAE engine of 1.8 liters and an initial price of 1,972,300 yen. The hybrid is estimated at a minimum of 2,439,800 yen. But those wishing to purchase a limited Corolla will have to part with an amount of 2,620,200 yen
