Top Gear actors almost burned in pre-series AlpineFebruary 5, 2018
During the filming of one of the episodes of Top Gear, the pre-series version of the Alpine A110 coupe caught fire. At this point in the car were actors Chris Harris and Eddie Jordan, reports the publication Top Gear.
The shooting took place on the seventeenth stage of the Monte Carlo Rally. The drivers did not know that the car was on fire. The shooting team warned them that the flame was bursting from beneath the bottom of the car. Harry and Jordan managed to leave the car without getting any injuries.
The machine was burned down completely, despite the fact that firemen were called to the scene.
The first episode of the 25th season of the Top Gear season will be shown in the spring. In late January, the company BBC published a trailer program. Judging by this video, the show will feature BMW M5, Alfa Romeo Stelvio, Kia Stinger, McLaren 720S, Honda Civic Type R, Lexus LC, Ford Mustang, Jaguar F-Type and Chevrolet Corvette.
Leading the show, as in the previous season, will be Chris Harris, Matt LeBlanc and Rory Reed. That on the shooting episode with Alpine did Jordan, is not specified.
