The artists presented their vision of what the mid-size Pontiac Aztek crossover should actually look like.

The American Pontiac Aztek crossover, like the Italian Fiat Multipla, is one of the cars that is often cited as an example of an unsuccessful attempt to create an original automobile design. Oddly enough, it was this car that somehow developed the cult of its followers, mainly due to the role of Walter White’s car in the series Breaking Bad. And now, a once-ordinary car turns into something more …

We have already seen similar reincarnations of nothing more than remarkable cars on many visualizations, authored by independent artists.

Design Studio Abimelec Design “joins the party” with its idea of how to give the weird looking Aztek crossover a pretty stylish look. The car, which was called Trans Am, now boasts a stylish and even to some extent daring appearance.

Aztek’s boring factory crossover design was fully matched by its 3.4-liter 185-horsepower naturally aspirated V6 engine, which was paired with a four-speed automatic. It took the car about 11 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h.

According to the creators of this virtual masterpiece, a modern turbocharged engine should be under the hood of the crossover. Our choice would be a 2.7-liter Chevrolet turbocharged engine with an output of about 310 hp, which would work in conjunction with a six-speed manual gearbox.
