This is speed – the electric Porsche Taycan Turbo S sedan drives on the autobahnApril 6, 2020
The German electric Porsche Taycan sedan in the powerful Turbo S performance shows its speed capabilities on the autobahn – a section of the road with no speed limit.
This video shows us that the Porsche Taycan Turbo S can easily accelerate to a speed of 268.7 km / h. As the venue for the experiment, a section of the autobahn was chosen – the German road without speed limits. It is noteworthy that officially Taycan Turbo S can drive “only” 260 km / h.
We are used to seeing Tesla electric cars drive along the autobahn or some powerful cars with traditional internal combustion engines. Now, when the German automaker began selling Taycan, videos began to appear on the Internet that demonstrate the dynamic characteristics of this car.
As you will see in the published video, the track remains free for a long distance and the electric car driver does not slow to use this.
The Porsche Taycan Turbo reaches 100 km / h in just 2.8 seconds. Then it accelerates quite quickly to a maximum speed of 269 km / h. After a high-speed run, he performs several fairly quick turns, which drives the car well, and then he again goes onto the autobahn to continue incredibly fast movement.
