There were pictures of the new VW I.D. Neo electric hatchbackApril 23, 2019
It is expected that the serial version of the German novelty will debut in September this year at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Neo is expected to cost about 30,000 euros for the most expensive version. Basic models with a smaller power reserve will be estimated at 24,000 euros
Volkswagen already has an electric hatchback in the all-electric I.D. family. A couple of minutes ago, foreign journalists captured a test prototype of the German news. At the moment, the official name of the model is unknown – the working title I.D. Neo. But be that as it may, it is called a bit more mundane than some other electrical ideas presented in VW concepts.
We have some ideas about what is still under the body of the spotted car. It is reported that the range should be 550 kilometers when using an engine with a power of 150 kW (204 hp).
Within a few years, a lower class model should appear with a range of about 330 km. As for charging, the new product should be able to quickly charge 125 kW of direct current.
Acceleration time is unknown, although we expect that the maximum speed of the car will be about 180 km / h. So far there is no data on how much the electric novelty will cost. Neo is expected to receive a price tag of about 30,000 euros for the most expensive version. Basic models with a smaller power reserve will be estimated at 24,000 euros.
The German brand VW will officially unveil this as-yet-unnamed electric hatchback at the Frankfurt Motor Show, which will be held this fall.
