There are pictures of the crossover Skoda Kamiq in the Scoutline versionJanuary 15, 2020
A couple of hours ago, the network appeared photos of the Czech crossover Skoda Kamiq in the “off-road” version of Scoutline. Contrary to expectations, the novelty did not receive all-wheel drive. The car does not have any changes in the mechanical part – the car can only boast of external improvements.
Skoda provides its front-wheel-drive cars with a Scout version that is slightly more off-road prepared since 2009 when the Fabia Scout / Fabia Combi Scout was shown. In 2015, the name of this performance was changed to Scoutline. This decision was caused by the desire to avoid confusion in the names of all-wheel drive Scout models. Now, for the first time, Skoda is introducing the Scoutline version for its small Kamiq crossover.
Skoda Kamiq Scoutline will be officially shown in March this year at the Geneva Motor Show. Entering the European market is scheduled for June.
The Skoda Kamiq Scoutline is a subcompact crossover with exclusively front-wheel drive. The smallest Skoda crossover, now looks more “durable” than ever, thanks to the matte black wheel arches and front silver underbody protection. More silver accents are now on the rear diffuser, as well as on the side profile, where the mirror covers, roof rails and sills have the same finish.
The new version of the Czech crossover B-segment uses a set of 17-inch wheels as a base, but you can order an 18-inch set with a fancy polished finish. As standard, the Kamiq Scoutline is equipped with LED taillights, chrome window frames and tinted rear windows. Needless to say, there is also a special icon indicating that this is not an ordinary version of the model.
Although no interior images were provided, we know that the front seats are covered with ThermoFlux breathable fabric. The steering wheel, gear lever and hand brake lever are covered in leather, and the pedals have aluminum trim. The accents with ash effect, chrome ventilation holes and LED lighting in white, orange or red colors complete the changes.
