There are details about the new generation of the BMW 7 Series sedanFebruary 7, 2021
According to reports, the next generation BMW 7 Series luxury sedan will receive a number of functions from Rolls-Royce cars, in particular a false radiator grille with illumination, as well as automatic doors.
The current generation of the Bavarian BMW 7 Series is becoming obsolete. Although the model received a rather controversial facelift in 2019 – controversial due to the huge size of the false radiator grille, the current generation of BMW’s flagship was first shown in 2015.
Judging by reports from insiders, the next generation of the “seven”, which will receive the G70 index, will come standard with air suspension, doors with closers and a premium B&W audio system.
The novelty will also receive fully automatic doors, as in the updated version of the luxury British sedan Rolls-Royce Phantom, as well as completely new headlights and a luminous false radiator grille Iconic Glow, similar to that of the coupe-like X6 crossover.
Reportedly, the rear seats of the 7-Series will have the same comfort and convenience as in the cars of the British brand. The star-studded Sky Lounge roof, a new “Highway Assistant” driver assistance package and artificial intelligence complete the options list.
Production of the G70 7 Series will begin in July 2022. Given this fact, we can expect the official debut of the new product either by the end of 2021 or early next year.
Not so long ago, AutoTimesNews wrote that the chief designer of BMW told about the unusual design of new cars of the brand. The chief designer of the premium Bavarian brand spoke about why the latest BMW models have such an unusual design.
