The updated Mazda CX-8 will receive a special versionOctober 23, 2019
It is called Exclusive Mode and includes additional options to increase passenger comfort.
Two years after its debut, the Mazda CX-8 received updates. The premiere of the updated version was held at the Tokyo Motor Show. The new CX-8 crossover is a car with three rows of seats. Compared with the previous version, the novelty received an 8-inch touch screen multimedia complex, an electric sunroof in certain trim levels and an increased boot volume of 19 liters. In addition, a number of changes took place in the car interior – the front seats are now covered with nappa leather, seat heating is available in the second row of seats, and access to the third row can now be done with one touch. The manufacturer also increased the number of USB ports for passengers.
For each selected engine, an option is offered with both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive.
The all-wheel drive option works together with a special traction control system that improves traction. The cost of the car is 2,948,000 yen for the basic version and 4,890,600 yen for the maximum configuration. The updated version will go to official dealers in late November.
The manufacturer also added a special version of the car and called it Exclusive Mode. Its options are mainly aimed at passenger comfort in the second row of seats. Now passengers will be able to turn on ventilation and control the electric drive. Power switches are also added for quick access to the third row of seats.
