The Japanese company Honda has announced the launch of sales of its updated crossover BR-V. The first cars reached official brand dealers on Saturday, June 13th. Compared with the previous version of the car, the novelty received a different design of the radiator grille, modified bumpers, taillights with LED filling and upgraded head optics. The dimensions of the Honda BR-V are 4457x1735x1677 mm with a wheelbase of 2 662 mm. Such indicators are slightly less than the popular CR-V crossover.
The car has three rows of seats and seven seats. With this configuration, the size of the luggage compartment is 223 liters. In the case of the rear seats folded down, the boot volume increases to 539 liters. Under the hood is a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine with 120 hp. In tandem with a motor, 6MKPP or a variator works, depending on the selected configuration.
For a surcharge, the car can be equipped with an all-wheel drive system. Inside, developers have added a modern multimedia system with an 8-inch screen.
Of the technical equipment, we note the presence of an air conditioner, rear parking sensors, tire pressure sensor, directional stability system and emergency brake booster.
Meanwhile, Honda is testing the new Civic Type R. Contrary to early claims, the car may not get a hybrid engine.
