The strange Mitsubishi SUV without a roof and doors was unveiled before the debutOctober 22, 2019
The public premiere of the news will be held at the Tokyo Motor Show. In addition to intriguing images of an unusual concept, foreign media managed to get some technical details.
On October 24, Mitsubishi is about to show off its experimental Mitsubishi Mi-Tech SUV with a gas turbine at the Tokyo Motor Show. Carscoops publication introduces us to the exterior of the novelty: the new from Mitsubishi, captured in the picture, as it turned out, does fine without doors and a roof. According to specialized media, an SUV with such a non-standard design will receive a hybrid power plant with four electric motors at once. The energy for it is generated by a small gas turbine generator, which took on the functions of the more conventional gasoline ICE in such cases.
Wanting to further cool the power plant, the engineers used four large round fans.
Modern electronic assistants will help you to feel safe (in the absence of doors) for the driver and his passengers. So, for example, the situation on the road is monitored by an automatic control system with a human-machine interface. Thanks to her car will be able to avoid unpleasant and dangerous incidents along the way. If you need electronics, it will quickly intervene in the steering and brakes. And the driver receives all the necessary information through a special holographic display on the windshield.
