The French brand has prepared a number of updates for the compact city hatchback C1, which received a modernized engine, improved multimedia and enhanced personalization capabilities

Company Citroen has presented the updated version of the smallest model – a hatchback C1. The car received a modernized engine, new personalization capabilities and a special version in honor of the popular women’s magazine.

So, the hatchback became available with a modified three-cylinder engine working volume of one liter of Toyota production, the return of which increased from 68 to 72 horsepower. The engine is combined with a mechanical or robotic gearbox. As an alternative, it still offers a 1.2-liter unit that produces 82 forces and 118 Nm of torque.

In addition, a modernized infotainment system with a seven-inch touch screen, as well as support for Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Mirror Link interfaces became available for Citroen C1. In the list of available electronic “assistants”: a rear-view camera, a keyless access to the passenger compartment, a system for observing the number of movements and a help function for starting on the rise.

Finally, the hatchback has two special versions: Urban Ride and Elle. The first differs from the car in the standard version with black exterior mirrors, tinted windows, and the option to choose from five additional body colors.

The Elle variant is dedicated to the cooperation of the French brand with the same female edition. This hatchback can be ordered in three exclusive versions of color design and special 15-inch alloy wheels.
