The smallest car in the world was estimated at 150 thousand eurosJune 10, 2020
In Germany, put up for sale a very miniature car. This is a three-wheeled micromobile stroller called Peel P50. The machine could accommodate just one adult and a bag. It was possible to get into the car interior through the only door on the left.
Those who want to become the owner of the smallest car in the world will have to pay 150 thousand euros for it. The single Peel P50 even got into the Guinness Book of Records as the smallest production car in the world. In length, it reaches only 1,372 mm with a width of 991 mm. In the period from 1962 to 1965, only 50 copies of the original model came off the assembly line. Only 27 cars have survived to our time.
The one that is sold in Germany is a modern replica of the Peel P50, made back in 2015. Last year, the little car got a stylish color. The car body was designed by the artist Leon Leventraout before his 21st birthday. His works are very popular among art lovers and cost good money. These amounts are close to the cost of the Peel P50.
The car drives a 3.4-horsepower 49-cc engine, combined with a CVT. If desired, the modern Peel P50 can be accelerated to 45 km / h.
Like the original car, it is produced in the UK. And its cost starts at 14,879 pounds
