The serial version of the new Nissan Z is revealed on patent imagesJanuary 14, 2021
In September 2020, Nissan unveiled the Z Proto, a precursor to the production version of the iconic sports car. Today CarExpert has found patent images of the “commercial” model Z.
Judging by the patents, the production version will look almost no different from the concept. At the same time, some elements are not yet visible, such as rims and side mirrors. So, the front part of the “commercial” car exactly resembles the prototype, especially the drawing of the radiator grille and the lower part of the bumper. Although the headlight fillings are not visible in the images, it can be assumed that they will remain the same.
The rear of the serial variation is also similar to the rear of the concept. For example, the lights, bumper and diffuser are completely identical. At the same time, it is possible that the Japanese manufacturer will slightly alter the exhaust pipes.
Recall that during the presentation of the Z Proto, Nissan announced that it equipped the prototype with a twin-turbo V6 engine, but did not disclose details. At the same time, it is assumed that this engine will also receive the production Z model, conventionally called 400Z, and it will produce more than 400 hp on it. As for the date of the premiere of the novelty, it should debut during 2021.
In addition, some time ago it was noted that the new affordable Nissan Magnite crossover is in high demand. It should be emphasized that the greatest increase in popularity was recorded when the car became available for a test drive.
