The prototype of the new Mercedes-Benz GLC is seen almost without camouflage.January 2, 2019
The new version of the premium crossover Mercedes-Benz GLC looks ready for its debut – the latter may take place at the end of February this year. The car almost completely lost its camouflage. Serious changes in technical terms should not be expected.
Apparently, 2019 will be very important for the German Mercedes-Benz. The automaker has several updated or completely new models, which will be presented in the next 12 months. We are talking about the updated 4-door coupe CLA, the newest compact crossover GLB, as well as a pair of “charged” modifications of production models from Mercedes-AMG.
New crossovers will be several – one of them will be an updated version of the GLC model.
“Spy” photos of this car were published by foreign publications a couple of minutes ago. It is noteworthy that the observed prototype almost did not receive any camouflage. This can only mean one thing – the official presentation of the new product is just around the corner.
From the previous “spy” snapshots of the German novelty, we know that the crossover will receive new headlights and taillights – in this video we can see them in detail. Check out the new graphics with brighter LED daytime running lights and modified main projectors. The rear lights are still covered with black tape, but their new design is still visible.
The video also provides us with a look at the interior, where changes will be kept to a minimum. Interestingly, the center console has an additional display, which will not be in the serial version of the model. Rumors tell us that existing engines will get more power and of course they will fully comply with the most stringent environmental standards.
