A video from the test runs of the new Porsche 935 at the Monza circuit appeared on the web. The club sports car, built on the basis of the extreme 911 GT2 RS, is made in the style of the legendary Lebyman model 935/78 Moby Dick.
The new Porsche 935 was shown at the Rennsport Reunion festival in California. The racing sports car received a body made of fiber-reinforced plastic with details from other models, in particular the 919 Hybrid and 911 GT3 R, a titanium exhaust imitating the Porsche 908 and the décor in the style of the 917th.
The 3.8-liter twin-turbo boxer from the 911 GT2 RS drives the Porsche 935 movement. The output of the unit is 700 forces and 750 Nm of torque. The box is a seven-speed PDK robotized transmission. The mass of the sports car is 1380 kilograms against 1470 kilograms of the original GT2 RS.
