The new Moto Guzzi V85 is expected at EICMA 2019August 22, 2019
After the release of the Moto Guzzi V85 TT, it became clear that the Italian manufacturer plans to develop a model range based on an 850-cc air-cooled engine.
There is reason to believe that a new round of development of the line will take place this year. According to rumors, the next Moto Guzzi V85 will be presented at the 2019 EICMA Motor Show in Milan.
What will be the new motorcycle, the question remains open. Of course, we can fantasize a little. The most likely option is a naked bike that will fill a gap in the lineup. It arose after the production stop of Moto Guzzi Griso. On the other hand, a cafe racer is possible, which will allow the brand to revive the cult name Le Mans.
The Moto Guzzi V85 motor complies with the Euro5 standard, so it is already the basis for the Italian brand in the coming years. We can also assume that in the coming years, the new V85 models will supersede the V9 line of motorcycles.
To everything else, we add that there is a rumor about a larger version of the motor. Probably, the manufacturer is working on a 1200 cc modification.
