The new Haval crossover showed on the first “live” photosJune 13, 2020
Previously, the novelty was shown on teaser images, and after that, representatives of the brand shared information about the car.
Chinese automaker Haval is very active in expanding its lineup. On Saturday, June 13, the first official photos of the new car were shown on the Web. At the moment, the official name of the model has not yet been announced – it has been assigned the factory index B06. Previously, many thought that this car would be the successor to the H5. The appearance turned out to be quite brutal and reminded many of the legendary Gelendvagen from Mercedes.
Similarity is observed in the “square” body shape and large round headlights. Also note the massive radiator grille with three stripes along its entire length and L-shaped taillights interconnected by a strip. Of the modern models, the design of the Haval B06 is much like the Ford Bronco. The car’s interior was very technological. Thus, the car combines brutal appearance, modern technology and high comfort.
The dashboard has a virtual design and has a visor, and the screen of the infotainment system is innovative due to the rounded shape.
The classic gear lever was replaced by a swivel washer. As power plants, two turbo engines are used. The first has a volume of 1.5 liters and a capacity of 169 hp, and the second with a 2.0-liter volume has a return of 197 hp.
Both power units work in tandem with a 7-speed “robot”. In more advanced trim levels, an all-wheel drive system is available. Officially, the novelty will be presented in the summer, and the start of sales is scheduled for autumn 2020.
