The new generation of Land Rover Defender received a convertible bodySeptember 17, 2019
Thanks to the fact that Land Rover has finally removed the cover from the new Defender 2020 in Frankfurt, now in our heads there are all kinds of images of the novelty.
Currently, it is reliably known that the legendary British SUV will be available in two versions: a two-door Defender 90 and a larger four-door Defender 110. This alone is enough to please off-road enthusiasts, but Defender capabilities extend beyond this.
Recently, we published a pickup image based on the new generation Land Rover Defender. Unfortunately, Land Rover does not plan to build such a modification. But if we are talking about potential side versions of Defender, another creation comes to mind: a convertible.
Of course, in the past Land Rover released Defender models with a soft top, so the new vision of the legendary SUV is not too far beyond the scope of what is possible. And thanks to this render from X-Tomi Design, we don’t have to really try to imagine what such a machine might look like. Looking at this visualization, I immediately recall the Range Rover Evoque Convertible with its robust side profile.
